Making portal delivery understandable and usable

The Aviation Professionals Club describes itself as a lifestyle and benefits club for eligible aviation professionals in the UAE. Its member services include partner offers, digital membership cards, and access to club information through its website and mobile app.

As Project Manager at Sigma Digital Solutions, I was the primary client contact. I translated requirements into development tasks, shared status updates, supported UAT, and authored a technical user manual covering the portal modules.
