Capital Development Authority
A delivered APNR-based parking management system connecting the public-facing parking experience with operations and enforcement.
The engagement
This Islamabad parking management system uses automatic plate-number recognition (APNR) and was developed in collaboration with the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to digitize parking operations and improve visibility for drivers and operators.
I coordinated business requirements, sprint execution, UAT, and release. My work included aligning stakeholder expectations and keeping delivery risks and rollout dependencies visible.
01 / The challenge
The system uses automatic plate-number recognition as part of digitizing parking access and operations.
Software, parking operations, and rollout activities need to be ready together for a dependable launch.
Stakeholders need agreement on requirements, test findings, risks, and readiness before deployment.
02 / My contribution
Coordinate business needs and delivery priorities so cross-functional teams can work against shared requirements.
Review risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies alongside sprint progress to make blockers visible.
Support UAT and rollout readiness, keeping stakeholders aligned on open items and decisions.
03 / Project impact
The project was delivered with CDA, with delivery coordination supporting alignment through UAT and rollout, helping teams manage dependencies and keep stakeholders informed through to launch. Quantified outcome figures are not claimed on this page.
