Many stakeholders
A national program depends on coordinated decisions across public-sector stakeholders, implementation partners, vendors, and operational teams.
Program delivery ยท Public sector
Federal Board of Revenue
Supporting a nationwide digital traceability program with disciplined delivery controls, cost visibility, and stakeholder coordination.
The engagement
Pakistan's Track and Trace System is an electronic monitoring program for production and sales in notified sectors. FBR describes applying unique identification marks, including barcodes, to products so their movement through the supply chain can be traced and monitored.
My contribution centered on project delivery governance: cost tracking, forecasting, vendor and stakeholder coordination, and clear reporting against milestones. Savings and budget figures are program-level results, not an individually attributable saving.
01 / The challenge
A national program depends on coordinated decisions across public-sector stakeholders, implementation partners, vendors, and operational teams.
Delivery needs reliable forecasts and early visibility of variances to support informed decisions and maintain control against commitments.
Leadership needs a clear view of status, risks, dependencies, and next actions across a wide implementation scope.
02 / My contribution
Maintained cost tracking and forecast reviews to make budget exposure and changes visible.
Supported a delivery rhythm across vendors and stakeholders to keep milestones, decisions, and dependencies aligned.
Used structured reporting to surface delivery constraints and inform timely management action.
03 / Project impact
Program reporting recorded PKR 103M+ in savings and delivery 22.5% under plan. My project-management contribution helped provide structured cost and milestone visibility for decision-makers. FBR describes the traceability system's mandate and capabilities separately from these delivery figures.
